Kick off your summer with us as we delight in the early season veggies from the garden. We’re also excited to have guest teacher Brian Levy, author of the highly acclaimed cookbook “Good and Sweet” lead a baking class in his signature style of baking with naturally sweet ingredients. Other highlights of the weekend will be harvesting in the garden with Farmer Brett Ellis followed by our Saturday evening cooking class inspired by the days harvest.—Husky Meadow Farm

Baking Class in Cambridge, MA - at SOFRA BAKERY AND CAFE
Brian will demonstrate how to make a few of the recipes from his book and all guests will receive an autographed copy of Good & Sweet and a bag of date sugar so you can start making recipes from Brian’s book when you get home! Recipes include: Double Banana Bread with fresh and freeze dried banana, date sugar and miso paste; Pistachio Cake sweetened with pears; and a creamy Saffron and Lemon Rice Pudding.
